MARBELLA, Spain – Adult industry mental health nonprofit Pineapple Support is attending the upcoming TES Affiliate Conference in Marbella, Spain, which runs from March 9-12. During the conference, Pineapple Support founder and CEO Leya Tanit moderate a panel discussion “focused on the hidden financial and human costs of ignoring mental health in the workplace,” according to an announcement issued Wednesday.
The panel, titled “The High Cost You’re Not Tracking (But Already Paying For)”, will take place on Tuesday, March 10 at 5:00 PM.
“Bringing together industry leaders Brad Mitchell (MojoHost), Austin (Mr Skin/Kink), Daniel Keeting (mindmood/siren.ai), and Andy Lulham (verify.my), the session will explore what leaders can do to strengthen team wellbeing, support teams through scaling and new technology implementation, and create stability during restructuring — while addressing the rising costs of burnout, turnover, and reputational risk,” the announcement explained.
“Too often, mental health is viewed as a personal issue rather than a business priority,” Tanit said. “But the data, and the lived experiences of leaders, show that ignoring wellbeing carries a very real cost. This panel gives leaders practical ways to support their teams through growth, tech changes, and restructuring, because when people feel secure and supported, businesses scale stronger.”
Pineapple Support added that during TES Marbella, the organization also will be “highlighting Wellbeing by PS, its corporate wellbeing and training division designed specifically to help high-risk and high-pressure businesses, by providing tailored workshops, leadership training, crisis response guidance, and ongoing mental health support programs.”
“Businesses attending TES are invited to learn more about how proactive mental health strategies can reduce turnover, improve morale, and mitigate operational risk,” the announcement added.
Attendees who would like to discuss corporate training, workplace wellbeing solutions can book meetings with Leya Tanit or Natalie during the event by contacting support@wellbeingbyps.com.
Founded by Tanit in 2018 following a string of losses within the adult industry stemming from depression and other mental illnesses, Pineapple Support is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States. To date, the organization reports that it has “connected over 19,000 adult performers to mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.”
