Adult industry mental health nonprofit Pineapple Support announced that with the support of sponsor Fansly, the organization will be offering “vital on-site mental health support and a welcoming space for adult creators and exhibitors” at upcoming editions of the EXXXOTICA adult event series.
“At each event, Pineapple Support will host a signing booth on the show floor, where attendees can meet creators, learn more about the organization’s services, and access immediate emotional support,” Pineapple Support explained. “Licensed therapist Dr. Tess Kilwein will be available throughout the events to provide on-site mental health support to performers, creators, and exhibitors.”
The announcement added that “anyone seeking assistance during the show is encouraged to speak with a member of the EXXXOTICA team or visit the Pineapple Support booth directly.”

Founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018 after a tragic series of losses within the adult industry community stemming from depression and other mental health struggles, Pineapple Support is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. To date, the organization reports that it has “connected over 16,000 adult performers to free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.”
