YNOT – Phoenix Forum 2011 kicks off Thursday, and this year’s schedule is packed with not only educational offerings, but also plenty of special events to encourage networking and camaraderie.
Things actually start on Wednesday with X2K’s annual charity golf tournament. Scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m., the tournament includes continental breakfast, a full day of golf, lunch on the course, a post-golf mixer and an awards dinner. Proceeds benefit Free Speech Coalition.
When the forum begins in earnest the next day, Too Much Media will host the Nats 4.1 Hospitality Suite in suites 2043 and 2045 at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel for the duration. The JBM Hooters Happy Hour offers an opportunity to relax on Thursday afternoon, followed by the always-popular Phoenix Forum Welcome Reception in the headquarters hotel’s courtyard that evening.
Immediately following the welcome reception, Cybersocket once again will host its Webmaster Opening Party. This year’s party will take place at Rula Bula, a pub serving traditional Irish food and drink, located right next to the Tempe Mission Palms.
Rounding out the first full day of the forum, YNOT Grand Prix will accelerate networking at an off-site race track, and Video Secrets and OrbitalPay have partnered to present The Suite Life – Champagne and Shots to distribute premium champagne and shots all around. Additionally, City Sex Cash Late Night Hospitality Suite and the Smashbucks Late-Night Poker Lounge will keep things going into the early morning hours.
Starting at 11 a.m. Friday, IntenseCash sponsors 10-minute licensed massages followed by MeritCard’s noon kegger featuring Dos Equis lager and a body painter. At 1 p.m., NakedSword Surf Shack opens. The JBM Happy Hour returns on Friday afternoon, and Maleflixxx’s Cock and Tail party will occupy the early part of Friday evening. Next Door Buddy Profits Friday Night Heat kicks off later in the evening, followed by a Next Door Buddy Profits Recovery Breakfast.
A “pirate dunk” sponsored by Porn Guardian will take place Saturday afternoon, and to help draw the 2011 Phoenix Forum to a close, the Webmaster Dodgeball and Live Photo Shoot will return, thanks to LightspeedCash. The Aloha Oe closing party hosted by NakedSword, AEBN, Raging Stallion and GunzBlazing is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., and the Smashbucks Late-Night Poker Lounge will make a final appearance.
