tOuch Kink, a new documentary produced and directed by Todd Max Carey which seeks to shed light on the Kink community and the “secret world of pleasure, pain, and power” has asked YNOT readers to sign a petition to show how large the Kink community is and to highlight how most media is not portraying it correctly.
Though the doc finally secured their world premiere at a “major festival” (announcement forthcoming) and will be screening this summer, the majority of festivals they have entered have rejected the film based on the subject matter being “too controversial” or programmers having “wrong ideas of what Kink is.” This was the impetus behind the petition.

In addition, the filmmakers wanted to thank all the individuals who sent their photos for the #tOuchKink campaign. They have received a great response so far, and the goal is to demonstrate that kinky people come from all walks of life.
If you would like to contribute your photo, please send them a close-up shot of yourself with your eyes wide open and looking directly at the camera, similar to the examples in the main photo of this article and ensure that you also send a signed model release form. Lastly, tOuch Kink is looking for strategic partners who are interested in assisting with the rollout and marketing of the film in various countries. Their current plan is to host 100 showings in different communities around the globe. To date, they have had over 1500 individuals sign up organically to attend the screenings and the goal is to provide the screening for free.
