YNOT – A five-year-old virtual meeting place for swingers has changed hands but not vibe, according to the principals involved in the transaction.

Founders Scott Purcell and Nicoleta turned over the reins of Kasidie Entertainment LLC and its flagship website, Kasidie.com, to Emily and Sergio Bitti. Neither party disclosed financial details. Kasidie Entertainment also owns and operates EroticaLifestyle.com, which the company acquired in 2011.

Emily Bitti, a member of the operation since the beginning, was named Kasidie.com’s vice president of club relations in 2011. She said she and her husband will continue to run the Las Vegas-based company with the lifestyle community’s wishes and best interests in mind, although members may begin to notice a few changes.

“We are fully committed to giving this our all and elevating things to the next level,” Emily Bitti said. “Our members can be assured that we are devoted to you, to the site and the lifestyle community.”

Purcell has stepped back to pursue a new venture, Arctic Island, which he said helps small business owners acquire funding needed to grow their companies and create jobs. He and Nicoleta plan to maintain their “Epicurean” profile on the website and remain active in the community, he added.

An affiliate program covering both Kasidie.com and EroticaLifestyle.com pays 35-percent recurring revenue share.
