YNOT – A new payout structure at one of the industry’s longest-running live-webcam programs rewards affiliates for sending new customers whether or not the consumers make a purchase.
Video Secrets’ new pay-per-lead option pays up to $2 per confirmed free membership. An easy sign-up process offers guests a free trial on the condition they complete a three-field registration form.
According to Manager of Operations Brad Estes, the new payout model allows affiliates more flexibility while converting their traffic to revenue more quickly.
“The affiliate industry continues to evolve, and we are staying ahead of the curve with our PPL program,” Estes said. “Affiliates are learning how to monetize their traffic efficiently and reinvest it month after month with compounding residuals.”
Video Secrets’ PPL system incorporates special tools to help affiliates who use complex tracking and monitoring methods. The system supports subID tracking, cookie-based click-level tracking and success-page pixels, all of which can feed real-time data back into the affiliate’s infrastructure. The tools have been advanced and battle-tested in the mainstream; Video Secrets is among the first to make them available to adult live-cam affiliates, as well.
The PPL program is just one of the new programs Video Secrets plans to roll out in 2013 as part of the company’s effort to help webmasters find new revenue streams. Affiliates who currently employ Video Secrets’ 20- to 30-percent revenue-sharing or $50-per-sale models will not be affected by the introduction of the PPL model, Estes said.
