LONDON – Combining a cushion of silicone with firm polypropylene, the new Ultra Si dual prostate and perineum massager from Nexus is designed to fit comfortably within the male form. The shaft is shaped to massage the prostate internally while the stainless-steel rollerball gently rolls against the perineum.
