YNOT – Two entrepreneurial women have developed a service to assist new and existing adult industry businesses with the knowledge and support they may need to succeed. New Attitude Business Consulting offers business basics and strategies to help companies achieve their vision.Founders Tamara Bell and Kat Smith realized the need for their services as they interacted with others business owners. As business owners themselves, they gained experience in management, marketing, media, sales and promotion the hard way. They hope to spare others the same learning curve.

Bell is the founder of Sacramento, Calif.-based Home Pleasure Party Plan Association and publisher of Home Party Review magazine. Together, her businesses support and educate more than 150 HPPPA members, she said. After earning a bachelor of science degree in business management, she worked for Fortune 500 companies before founding her own entities.

Smith is the owner of TomKat Productions, a Dallas-based game manufacturing and publishing company. She is the author of several books and travels the country speaking about various topics. Her background consists of hosting a syndicated morning radio show for ABC Radio Networks and coupled with marketing experience.
