LOS ANGELES, CA – YNOT has learned that the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is investigating another possible ‘Tracy Lords situation’ in the adult industry; an underage model performing under the name ‘Seduction’ and ‘Chantae’ allegedly appeared in a number of adult productions in recent years after providing seemingly valid government-issued IDs to adult entertainment companies.The African-American model, whose real name may be Mieke Michele Jackson, has possibly appeared in videos produced by a variety of adult video companies, possibly including Devils Films, West Coast Productions, Jake Steed Productions, Hustler/Larry Flynt Productions, Ed Powers Productions, Rain Productions, Celestial and Fat Dog. Sources say that the actress in question may also have modeled for websites under the name “Chantae,” including a website that belonged to the affiliate program Traffic Cash Gold, which issued a warning to affiliates stating that the actress “provided false model documentation to the producer” and urging that affiliates “make every effort to remove any images or video of this model immediately on any site you own, or maintain.”
Tracking down exactly which content or films the model has appeared in has been complicated by the fact that several other adult performers of legal age also have used the stage name “Seduction” in adult films.
According to sources close to the investigation, the Government believes that Jackson was underage at the time of at least some of her performances, possibly as young as fourteen; YNOT has not been able to determine when Ms. Jackson first began performing in videos, nor has it been determined whether she is currently of legal age. She was represented by the modeling agency “Exotic Connections” by agent Ron Ellis.
Sources also say that the photographer/producer contacted by the FBI does have a California-issued ID on file for the model, showing a birthdate of July 22nd, 1982, as well as a copy of a social security card with the name she provided on her model release and her signature; it is not known whether the ID actually belongs to the actress in question (for example, it could be a family member’s ID), but the ID itself is reportedly a valid form of ID.
Although the Government’s allegations concerning Jackson’s age and minor status have not yet been confirmed, the Free Speech Coalition has warned it may be wise for webmasters and retailers to error on the side of caution in this matter.
“Caution is recommended, as we are aware that there have been multiple performers using the name Seduction, but during this investigation, it is advisable to remove all content with Seduction, and seal it for attorney review and consultation,” warned a statement on the Free Speech Coalition’s website.
The Free Speech Colition also released a partial list of adult films with actresses named Seduction, but warned that the list almost certainly includes actresses that were not the individual in question but merely used the name “Seduction.” That list includes:
