VINELAND, N.J. – Nature Labs — makers of Nature Lovin’, Naturally Yours, PRIDE and Intimate Natural Gel personal lubricants — has acquired Pulse Products, a cosmetic manufacturing company that specializes in lotions, skin care and bath products.
The acquisition finalized July 30. Financial details were not disclosed.
“Four years ago, a strategic partnership was formed between Nature Labs LLC and Pulse Products Inc. to produce and broaden Nature Labs’ product lines,” said Louis Rivers, chief executive officer and managing member of Nature Labs. “We have had a great and successful relationship with Pulse, and it only made sense to join the two companies together during our upcoming expansion.”
Pulse Products, located in Commerce, Calif., has been in business for 23 years. Kevin Stranen, director of research and development for Nature Labs, said the acquisition will mean greater efficiency and better quality of service.
Nature Labs will use Pulse Product’s existing infrastructure and brand recognition to provide a larger variety of products and services to its customers.
Integration of the two companies will take place over the next 60 days.
“Our customers will continue to receive the same high-quality products and services they have come to expect,” Rivers said.
Pulse Products will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nature Labs LLC. The former’s contract manufacturing and private labeling will become part of Nature Labs Manufacturing LLC, which also is wholly owned by Nature Labs LLC.
