YNOT – National A1 Internet is readying a new sex-toy affiliate program. Expected to launch Jan. 7 during AVN’s Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas, ToySales.com will provide affiliates with opportunities to capitalize on what a National A1 spokesman called “one of the fastest growing businesses in the United States: the retail sale of sex toys and adult sexual health products.”“The New York Times reported in January 2009 that even in the midst of a recession, some sex toy retailers were reporting growth ‘by about 10 percent a month,’” National A1 Project Director Mark Farlow said. “Having an affiliate relationship with ToySales.com will allow webmasters to cash in on this growing industry.”
He said joining the program may lead to other benefits for affiliates, as well.
“The sex toy business has an advantage that no other facet of adult business enjoys: the ability to convert both adult and mainstream traffic if the webmaster chooses,” Farlow said. “This gives a webmaster a wide range of options to maximize their exposure to different audiences.”
According to Affiliate Manager Dan Loevy, National A1’s 10-plus years of experience in marketing adult websites like HotMovies.com and SexToys.com, in addition to an expanding collection of non-adult internet properties, have resulted in the knowledge, tools and support affiliates need to achieve success.
“We give webmasters all of the tools they need, and I’m here to make sure they can get the most from them,” Loevy said. “The ToySales.com website will contain many online tools for promotion and tracking statistics, but National A1 is also committed to building mutually successful personal relationships.”
Bill Turner, head of content for SexToys.com, said the new toy-sales affiliate program will mirror National A1’s other affiliate program, MovieDollars.com.
