Adult product distributor Nalpac and specialty distributor Entrenue won the XBIZ 2026 Distributor of the Year Award, marking the fourth consecutive year the companies have received the honor. Phoebe Grott, director of marketing and strategic partnerships, also received the inaugural Trusted Confidant Award at the ceremony.
The Ferndale, Michigan-based companies continue to focus on streamlined customer experiences while maintaining their position as a data-driven and technology-focused distribution operation. Both companies operate under the same corporate structure, serving retailers in the adult products industry.
“This fourth straight XBIZ Distributor of the Year award is especially meaningful because it represents the relationships at the heart of our industry,” said Steve Craig, CEO of Nalpac and Entrenue. “We’re grateful to our customers and supplier partners for their collaboration, creativity, and commitment to building a more connected, responsible, and resilient marketplace.”
The distributors provide inventory management, marketing support, and product education services to adult product retailers across the United States. Their business model emphasizes immediate product availability and comprehensive customer support through digital catalogs, promotional campaigns, and educational webinars for retail partners.
Customer support services include curated online and print catalogs, targeted email campaigns featuring sales and promotions, product webinars, and Entrenue’s annual calendar catalog. The companies also maintain inventory of new and best-selling products for immediate shipment.
Grott joined the company in 2020, bringing industry experience to her role overseeing marketing initiatives and serving as a liaison between manufacturing partners and internal teams. The Trusted Confidant category was among several new awards added to the XBIZ Pleasure Product Honors Awards this year.
“This recognition in the new 2026 Trusted Confidant category is a meaningful reminder that trust remains the foundation of strong partnerships,” Grott said. “As an industry, we are stronger together.”
