YNOT – Self-described “bi guy doing gay porn” Marko Lebeau has founded his own talent agency. Based in Montreal, Ménage à trios aims to bridge the needs of adult studios and models by representing local talent and helping out-of-town studios access local production resources.

Lebeau said he was inspired to embark upon the venture when he realized growing numbers of Montreal residents like him are appearing in adult content, yet no meaningful support system exists to help them plan and manage their careers. The agency’s models will be available for video work, lingerie and underwear modeling and webcam performances.

“Montreal has an abundance of very attractive people,” Lebeau said. “More and more studios are choosing to film here because of the quantity of attractive talent and the city’s renowned openness. While the local adult industry is growing, studios have limited access to qualified production resources, and models are left pretty much to themselves in developing their careers.”

At present, Ménage à trios represents only gay adult models, including Lebeau, Gabriel Clark, Hayden Colby and Ben Rose, but the agency intends to expand its roster to female talent, as well.

“We are openly commencing our public recruiting effort and will enhance our roster of female models very shortly,” Lebeau said.

One of his goals is to create a reassuring and safe working environment for both sides of the equation. So far, Ménage à trios has provided 20 models for productions by Next Door Studios, Lucas Entertainment and Pegase Productions. Lebeau’s agency also has partnered with Adult Models USA to facilitate cross-border work for its clients.

“Most of the models we have recruited are new to the industry,” he said. “With a few exceptions, they have limited experience in porn but they are very eager.”
