Mick Blue Takes 2nd Place in Major Car Race – Misses Top Slot By 3/100th of a Second

VENICE, CA – Mick Blue was in one of the most intense competitions of his life last weekend and the legendary-porn-star-turned-race-car-driver pulled off a 2nd place finish at the Auto Club Roval Roundup at NASA SoCal AAA Speedway.
The event was a sprint race in the PTE racing class and his #20 Mazda Miata from Abergel Motorsports/MB Racing car battled hard over 11 laps that ultimately had him missing a #1 finish by a mere two feet – or .03 seconds.
“This was the most intense race I have been in to date and it’s amazing how close we came to winning,” Mick said. “Three one-hundredths of a second, that’s about as tight as you can possibly get. Next time we’re going to win it! Huge thanks to our sponsor BAD Dragon toys for making these events possible. This is an enormous, lifelong dream come true.”
Mick kicked off his racing career early in 2017 and has been very successful in this short but intense career. Over the weekend he also placed 3rd in the time trial event on Saturday and 2nd in the time trial event on Sunday.
