YNOT – MetArt has acquired photographer Holly Randall’s eponymous membership website from developer and previous management company Brand Danger. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the new arrangement, MetArt will redesign and manage HollyRandall.com, a destination known for its glamour photography and high-end erotica. The site also will become part of the MetArt Money affiliate network.
Randall said she is pleased about the change. She will continue to produce content for the site.
“I feel so honored to be recognized by one of the most respected and artistic companies in the adult industry,” she said. “I’m thrilled for this chance to expand my audience and improve upon the brand. This is an amazing opportunity, and I can’t wait to show everyone what we have in store.”
Brand Danger designed and built the site, then managed it for 3.5 years. Randall said she maintains ties with the company.
“My time with Brand Danger was wonderful, and I’m so thankful for the experience with them,” she said. “We may be parting ways on the web venture, but we continue to run Noveria Studios together.”
Rodeo Danger, creator of the Brand Danger network, said HollyRandall.com will continue to stand as a testament to teamwork.
