LOS ANGELES, CA — How times have changed. PR driven politician and often times porn star Mary Carey once upon a time was the all-natural darling of Kick Ass Pictures. All that changed when she decided to have her already sizable breasts boosted with implants. Like Jenna Jameson, she’s decided to remove the sweater puppy enhancements – but only so she can have even bigger ones installed.Not unaware of her ability to do good in the world, the one-time California gubernatorial candidate has decided to honor her grandmother – by selling her old implants.

“The doctors asked me what I wanted to do with them,” she told Reuters, “and I said, ‘You know, I’m going to keep them and try to sell them, because my grandmother had breast cancer.”

The size 36-D boob inserts were removed in order to make space for Carey’s new 36-DDDs and will be autographed and auctioned on eBay, with 90-percent of the money raised donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

It was while under the influence of anesthesia that the newly clean 27-year-old adult performer realized the potential power of her bolt ons.

“Now that I’m sober, I wanted a new physical state to go along with my new mental state,” she explained. Naturally, further fluffing her upper carriage was the solution to her new identity problems. “I thought the auction would be a great way to spread some holiday cheer and make sure someone out there would have a Mary Mary Christmas.”

The other 10-percent of all proceeds raised by the sale of the implants will go to cover medical expenses incurred by Carey’s mother, who was severely injured during a 2006 jump off of a four-story building. It was while caring for her mother that the performer set aside a planned second gubernatorial run and developed a dependence upon alcohol and the anti-anxiety medication Xanax.

Although the performer, who insists that she is “actually, overall, very anti-plastic surgery” eventually took as many as three times the prescribed Xanax dosage, a stint in rehab has the bubbly blonde both in the pink of health and qualified to be a guest on an upcoming episode of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

After watching her mother recover from 11 surgeries, Carey insists that her determination to voluntarily have a second breast augmentation surgery is proof that “the only right thing to do is make money and donate it to charity.”
