YNOT – Mania Media Inc. has acquired majority interest in gay adult company Bear Entertainment Distributing Inc. Bear operates the Woof Cash affiliate program, which offers two sites featuring hairy gay men of substantial physical presence.
“Bear Entertainment Distributing and Mania Media have always enjoyed a nice business relationship,” said Mania managing partner Roger McMan. “We knew one day we would form a team to work together in creating a large gay adult entertainment company.
“We are especially pleased to keep [Bear managing partner] Mike Mason as a shareholder and a management team member,” McMan added. “The existing team will remain in place. Members, models, affiliates and partners will benefit from this association by being part of a larger network.”
Bear has delivered award-winning gay adult content online and on DVD for the past 10 years.
“Mania Media is an excellent organization to team up with,” Mason said. “They have well-established affiliate programs and an outstanding reputation in the market. Their program offers all that is needed to bring to market our prize-winning content. Woof Cash, BearFilms.com and HairyAndRaw.com will be added to their network over the next week.”
McMan indicated both consumer sites will re-launch with new aesthetics, technology and promotional materials, but the essentials won’t change. Both sites will continue to receive weekly updates.
The sites will remain in the Woof Cash program, which pays up to 60 percent recurring revenue share.
Mania Media also owns My Gay Cash and operates UK Naked Men Cash and Eurocreme Cash for their respective owners.
