LONDON – Male-focused kink marketplace MaleThingsWorn.com has announced the official launch of its live auction feature, “giving top sellers and popular content creators the ability to auction off their worn items and exclusive kink content directly to fans,” the platform said, adding “think eBay, but built specifically for the adult industry.”
According to the announcement, through the platform creators can “auction anything from used boxers, worn socks, used sex toys, custom videos and fan experiences.
The new live auction feature is debuting on MaleThingsWorn with reality TV star Zak Blackman, who was recently featured on Olivia Attwood’s Get Filthy Rich iTV series and the UK morning television show “This Morning.”
“A former member of the military turned full-time content creator, Zak built a loyal following by selling his worn socks online — transforming what many considered ‘unusual’ into a thriving business,” the platform noted in the announcement. “Now, he’s bringing that energy to MTW’s first-ever live auction.”
According to the announcement, Blackman’s first auction will feature “two pairs of Nike socks, each worn for five full days, everywhere from intense gym sessions to lounging in his apartment.”
The auction went live today and runs through Sunday, March 1, giving fans “the entire weekend to place competitive bids and interact with Zak’s auction,” MaleThingsWorn said. You can participate in the auction here.
MaleThingsWorn said the platform and its new live auction feature represent a “new revenue stream for top creators,” noting that the feature allows approved top sellers and creators on the platform to “set their own starting prices, promote auctions directly to their followers, leverage built-in fan demand, create competitive bidding wars and turn existing content and worn items into premium experiences.”
“This is about creating excitement,” said a MaleThingsWorn spokesperson. “Our sellers already have engaged audiences. Now they can harness that demand in real time and maximize earnings in a way that feels interactive, exclusive and fun.”
The platform also noted that unlike traditional marketplaces, MaleThingsWorn’s auction model is designed to “amplify creator marketing efforts rather than replace them.”
“Sellers drive traffic,” the announcement observed, “the platform facilitates real-time bidding and higher payouts without taking any commission.”
The site’s operators said MaleThingsWorn is “positioning itself as a secure, creator-first platform,” noting that its key features include verified buyers to reduce fraud and protect sellers, no commission on auctions for approved creators, a built-in fan base and promotional support, dedicated seller support and “a rapidly growing, inclusive community.”
“The online kink economy is exploding, with more creators capitalizing on niche interests and unconventional side hustles,” the announcement observed. “The MaleThingsWorn auction model gives sellers a way to elevate their offerings, increase earned revenue, and tap into scarcity-driven demand.”
