COLUMBUS, Ohio – As the home state of Larry Flynt – and not so coincidentally, the home of many legal troubles Flynt faced early in his career as an adult entertainment entrepreneur – Ohio represents a special, if sometimes contentious, place in the history of the adult industry.
There was no such trouble for Lovehoney’s Sales Manager Sabrina Earnshaw on her recent trip to Columbus though, where she attended the Lion’s Den Tradeshow and conducted staff training at The Garden.
Earnshaw first hit the Lion’s Den show, where she had on display the Fifty Shades Freed Official Pleasure Collection, tokidoki x Lovehoney, BlowYo and Broad City product lines.
While all the products were well-received, Earnshaw was particularly struck by the enthusiastic response to the new Fifty Shades Freed collection.
“We had so many compliments on how the Fifty Shades Freed collection is the best we have had,” Earnshaw said. “The Ten Days of Play and Fifty Shades Freed Awash with Sensation Mains Wand Vibrator being the two items which stood out the most to those there.”
After the Lion’s Den show, Earnshaw dropped in on Lovehoney customer The Garden, to conduct staff training on the Fifty Shades Freed line, as well as brand new, limited-edition tokidoki x Lovehoney wands.
“It was great to work with the brilliant team at The Garden and get them really excited about our brand new ranges just in time for the Fifty Shades phenomena ahead of the movie,” Earnshaw said. “The fact Cosmopolitan covered the Freed range in a video on social media also had them very excited ahead of the trainings.”
In its coverage of the Fifty Shades Freed collection, Cosmopolitan called the toys for the third and final installment of Fifty Shades “better than ever.” The Cosmo writers seemed especially enthused over the “10 Days of Play” set from the collection.
