Little Leaf Agency Founder Lands Marketing Award at XBIZ Expo
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Boutique PR and Communications agency Little Leaf Agency marked a major milestone at the 2026 XBIZ Expo this weekend, not only attending the industry-leading event for the first time but taking home a major marketing accolade. During the red carpet celebrations, at the XBIZ Honors & Executive Awards, at Avalon Hollywood on Sunday 11th, founder and CEO Kathryn Byberg was named Marketing Executive of the Year, recognizing her impact on communications within the sexual wellness and pleasure space.
Founded in 2021, Little Leaf PR Agency was created by industry veteran Kathryn, with a clear mission: to give a voice to brands within the sexual wellness sector, and allow them to grow with integrity, creativity, and confidence. Since its launch, the agency has grown to become known for its strategic communication and marketing practices, brand-building expertise, and commitment to normalizing pleasure-positive conversations. Now, 5 years later, the agency continues to work with award-winning sexual wellness and pleasure brands with Kathryn at the helm.
Reflecting on the win, Kathryn said: “What a great debut at XBIZ! I’m so grateful to receive this recognition from the XBIZ team and industry peers. I was up against some incredible people within the industry that I love and admire, and I’m honestly just so overwhelmed and honored at the moment. This recognition sets Little Leaf Agency in great stead for the year ahead!”
She continued, “This award is a reflection of the people who believed in Little Leaf from the beginning, and I’m incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting us with their brands, and to our team for the passion and talent they bring every day.”
The Sunday night celebrations saw award wins all round, as Little Leaf Agency represents an award-winning roster of clients, several of which were recognized during the XBIZ Awards ceremony. Including: Luxus for Best Couple’s Toy, Kate Kozlova from Kiiroo for Brand Ambassador of the Year, Alicia Sinclair Rosen from COTR winning Sex Educator of the Year, and Kim Faubel from COTR winning Brave Voice of the Year.
Across the weekend, Kathryn also contributed to the wider industry conversation, speaking on a panel titled ‘From Storefront to Digital: The Future of Adult Retail’ where she and panel members explored how brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail continue to evolve in an increasingly omnichannel world.
Little Leaf Agency’s successful debut at XBIZ Expo underscores its growing influence within the sexual wellness industry and signals an exciting next chapter for the agency and the brands it represents.
