PHOENIX – Leave it to web veteran Catalina Cruz to come up with an online franchise that not only gives a sly wink to classic British spy films, but also — perhaps inadvertently — skewers adult film recordkeeping requirements mandated by the U.S. government.

At LicensedToBlow.com, the ladies must prove their oral abilities before they are granted “official approval” before receiving honest-to-goodness cards verifying their talents. The training is grueling, but these women are up to the challenge.

Re-launched earlier this week, Licensed to Blow contains years of exclusive content wrapped in a new tube-style tour.

“Unlike in the past, we are doing something new now where all new scenes will be live on cam and on the road,” said Brandon Michaels, spokesman for parent LTB parent company Fantasy Girl Revenue. “June 17 will be a live Licensed to Blow cam event exclusively for members, which Catalina will be performing in.”

Members of LTB also receive access to the 24 other sites under the Fantasy Girl umbrella.

Fantasy Girl Revenue pays as much as $25 per sign-up or up to 60-percent recurring revenue share.
