Adult film star Lexi Lore and her most devoted fan have earned an historic nomination in AVN’s 2024 Fan-Voted Awards, in the coveted category of Hottest Boy/Girl Creator Collab.

The nominated clip — Lore’s best-selling OnlyFans video to date — is perhaps the most fan-friendly scene in the history of the AVN Awards, representing the first time that a porn star/fan hookup has been nominated as a creator collaboration.

Lexi Lore mega-fan and sports aficionado, @colinkaep49, (a reference to former San Francisco 49ers quarterback, Colin Kaepernick), is a California Bay Area blue collar worker who long ago promised himself that he would get a Los Angeles Dodgers tattoo after they won a World Series championship.

The team won in 2020, and when he noticed a tweet by Lore in July 2022 indicating that she would shoot a sex scene with a fan who got her name tattooed on themself, he knew that the stars had aligned.

Lore had immediately become his favorite adult film performer after he viewed her in a 2020 “Blood Elf” cosplay Virtual Reality scene.  When he messaged the star that he was interested in her offer, asking whether a tattoo of her face would be acceptable, she agreed as long as her name was included “somewhere on the tattoo so there’s no debate about who it is.”

Wanting to choose a tattoo “the perfect design” that reflected his interests to make it personally meaningful, @colinkaep49 ran ideas by Lore over the coming months and finally settled on a 1987 Topps baseball card-styled graphic in which Lore wears a LA Dodgers hat.

On August 23, an overjoyed Lore posted the photo of the final tattoo that he sent her, adding, “Someone just got a Lexi Lore tattoo. This calls for a special celebration. Should I invite him over to my city?”

Their epochal hook-up was filmed in Los Angeles in November 2023, and Lore posted the behind-the-scenes interview with her devoted co-star on YouTube Nov 19.  Less than 24 hours after the clip’s release to her OnlyFans page, the popular porn star reported on Instagram that the filmed rendezvous was already a monumental success with “the most record-breaking sales I have ever seen on a video.”

Meanwhile @colinkaep49 began spotting memes of himself with Lore popping up on the social media accounts of fellow Filipinos, and soon suspected that the video “was a much bigger deal than [he] ever dared imagine.”

Sure enough, when the pre-nomination period for the 2024 AVN Fan Awards opened in December, an avalanche of fan votes sent the scene into competition for Hottest Boy/Girl Creator Collab.

“It has been historically taboo for porn stars to be open about having sex with their fans,” said Lore.  “I decided to film a sex scene with my fan because he got a tattoo of me and I had a vision for a unique concept that’s never been filmed before. Our AVN nomination is an incredible recognition of that.

“Even under the pressure of lights and cameras, @colinkaep49 gave an impressive performance,” Lore added.  “Dean Capture, my photographer, did an incredible job of capturing our connection and intimacy, while also making the on-camera experience as comfortable as possible.

“It’s more than just my best-selling video, it’s also a memory to last a lifetime.”

The the nominees in the 2024 AVN Fan Awards were announced on January 10, and @colinkaep4, remarked of the Hottest Boy/Girl Creator Collab nomination, “It’s absolutely mind-blowing to me that after years of voting for my favorite performers in the AVN Fan Awards I’m now nominated for one with my favorite performer, Lexi Lore. She gave me the ultimate award for being a fan, and shared with the world that genuine dream-coming-true moment.”

The public is invited to vote for their favorite performers, cam models and creators in each Fan-Voting category until the deadline at noon on Saturday, January 27, 2024—the same day as the 41st annual AVN Awards Show, featuring a live music performance by Iggy Azalea.
