In addition to granting access to the Phoenix Forum’s panels, seminars and networking events, show badges allow attendees to take advantage of the show’s free daily lunches, all-day snack shacks, hosted bars, parties and other events.
Under the free badge offer, a free general admission badge code will be provided with a room reservation at the Tempe Mission Palms. The room reservation must be confirmed today (or prior to today), after which the free badge code will be supplied to the attendee within three business days after the reservation is confirmed by the hotel.
If the reservation is cancelled prior to the Phoenix Forum, the general admission badge will be cancelled as well – but attendees who have their free badges cancelled for this reason still may pay for the badge at its current price.
