KJCash Parent Company Acquires Badpuppy

COCOA, Fla. – KaiJack LLC, parent company of the KJCash gay affiliate program, has acquired all outstanding shares of Badpuppy Enterprises Inc. and its sister company Dog Gone Media Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Badpuppy was the first gay membership website on the net and long been one of my favorites,” said KaiJack Chief Executive Officer Craig “CJ” Jackson. “I am thrilled to welcome the Badpuppy sites into our successful network and look forward to the expansion opportunities they open up for us.”

Badpuppy.com began as a computer bulletin board system, or BBS, in the pre-internet era. Founders Bill Pinyon and Max Zechinato converted the operation to a membership-based adult website in May 1995. With Badpuppy.com firmly established as its flagship, the company added ClubAmateurUSA.com, the VOD network Dog Gone Media and the affiliate program PuppyCash.

Pinyon indicated he will “move on” to new opportunities but did not divulge what those opportunities might encompass.

“Both [partner] Steven and I are very proud of the growth and success that Badpuppy has experienced over the past 18 years,” Pinyon said. “There comes a time when you just know it is the right time to move on and pursue new adventures, and that time is here.

“I have known CJ for years both personally and professionally,” Pinyon continued. “He has proven that when he says he is going to do something, it gets done. He has my complete support, and I know that he has wonderful plans for both the sites and the affiliate program.”

Jackson launched KJCash in October 2008 after selling a previous affiliate program. KJCash now incorporates more than 20 desktop and mobile websites, DVD sales, a VOD platform, video clip sales and a leased feeds operation.

The sale was facilitated by attorney Chad Belville, acting as counsel for KaiJack LLC.
