— Must have previous customer service experience (list any pertinent software used as part of a previous job)
— Must have good technical abilities, as you will be walking other models and users through troubleshooting steps, or figuring out how to solve their problems
— Must be reliable and self-motivated
— Speak English fluently and have good writing skills (please list any other fluent languages)
