Jim Powers & Killroy Drop New Single & Announce Live Show
Multi-award-winning prolific director and old-school punk rock bassist Jim Powers (aka Jim Lane) and punk rock band Killroy have dropped a new single, “Street Bowling.” They’re set to bring the noise to Bar 10 inside the Corbin Bowl on Friday, August 1st.
Underground punk band Killroy has released a new single. “Street Bowling” features two new high-energy classic punk rock tracks—the title song, “Klaus Schwab,” and the previously released “TV.” This is their first release of 2025. Original members Jim Lane, Tom De Spain, and Eric Troop, with new edition Ken Wilkes on drums, can’t wait for their fans to indulge in the mayhem. Apple Music subscribers can listen to “Street Bowling” on Apple Music for free. Buy the single and their previous EPs, albums, and more in the iTunes Store.
To celebrate the release of their new single and playing Rebellion 2025 in Blackpool, England, on August 8th, Killroy will headline the Send Off to Rebellion Festival in England on Friday, August 1st, at Bar 10 inside the Corbin Bowl. Supporting them will be Sidekick, LA Slum Lords, and The Cursed Machine. The cover is $15 at the door, and it’s an all-ages show. Bar 10 is located in Corbin Bowl, 19616 Ventura Blvd. Tarzana, CA 91356.
“We’re pumped for the Bar 10 show and, of course, to be heading over to the UK as part of the anarchy of Rebellion 2025. This summer is going to be epic. Many of our fans can’t make it to Blackpool, so we’re doing a send-off show. Mark your calendars and be there! And check out the new single!” says Jim Powers.
