YNOT – On Aug. 13, iP4Play facilitated its first iPhone call between adult cam girl Brees Kelly and a client in the U.S. The client paid for a 10-minute session but the call ended in satisfaction after just over five minutes.Since that initial session, iP4Play.com has sold nearly 1,000 paid adult shows using Apple’s FaceTime platform, according to a spokesperson, who also said the site has logged more than 100,000 unique visitors and thousands of registered users in the 11 days since going live. Subscribers generally have opted for the “quick-draw McGraw” five-minute session, and 93 percent of paid subscribers are male. While the majority of traffic based in the U.S., a large number of users are coming from China. Other international hotspots include Ireland, Germany, Italy, Brazil and Israel.
Not to rest on its laurels, iP4Play already is planning special events for its users. “Porn Star Wednesdays” will begin soon, during which users will be able to get face time, one on one, with eager and willing starlets working in the industry. In addition, the company plans to offer “free five-minutes” promotions through Twitter (@ip4play) and to release several derivative sites targeting niche adult markets.
