LOS ANGELES – Woman-owned, women-focused pleasure products manufacturer CalExotics has expanded its female-centric collection of intimate pumps. The company’s three new clitoral items, like the other products in the collection, are designed for women by women.
“Female pumping is an expanding market, with more and more women interested in this type of stimulation,” said CalExotics founder and Chief Executive Officer Susan Colvin. “We’ve found that most users want to control their pleasure. They find this empowering. With clitoral pumps, users are given this and more.”
The company’s Clitoral Pumps line offers a range of products to suit the needs of a diverse market segment. The three new styles — Advanced Butterfly, Intimate and Automatic Intimate — expand the line with new features.
Advanced Butterfly features 50 intimate ticklers within a silicone pump, along with four vibration speeds. Intimate is a full-body pump that increases sensitivity through suction. Automatic Intimate includes a handheld controller with on/off and quick air release buttons and an easy-to-read LED display that measures the pounds per square inch inside the cylinder.
The entire collection has received a new packaging look — updated, streamlined and eye-catching. The products are shown prominently while the features and benefits are clearly conveyed on the front of the box.

CalExotics also offers marketing support tools for retailers who carry CalExotics products. For brick-and-mortar retailers, the company offers visual merchandising plans, signage, shelving and more. For online retailers, the company offers detailed product information, extensive product images, demonstration videos and more.
CalExotics, and its sister company JOPEN, have also come together to help educate industry professionals with the CalExotics Institute. This e-learning platform offers product training, general sales training and sexual health and wellness content.
