One thing that has been undeniably apparent since the Ukraine War started is the indomitable spirit of the people and their passion to remain independent and autonomous. From the comfort of our couches, we watch this all unfold in the news… but one aspect we don’t often see reported on is how the adult industry there is coping.
This week I get to bring YNOT readers a rare glimpse into the heart of the Ukraine to speak with Sofiia the spokesperson of webcam studio, 3FModels (which aptly stands for The Federation of Force & Freedom Models) to find out how they manage to not only excel in these tough times but uplift the women who work for them.

What was the impetus to start 3FModels?
The main impetus for creating the company was that this industry was very poorly developed in our country, all the studios had terrible conditions and minimum wages, and we knew that webcams were an opportunity to live, to make our dreams and ambitions come true for our girls.
Our policy was initially built on ensuring that girls could be free and independent, and we continue to implement it despite the circumstances.
What are the challenges of running the company with all that’s going on in the Ukraine right now and how do you overcome?
When the war came to our country’s doorstep, we clearly understood that we must do everything for our models and their families.
We opened studios in safe cities of Ukraine and also opened a branch and a model house abroad for those who unfortunately lost their home or were in active combat zones. The hardest thing is to maintain spirit and bring positivity into the life of the company, but we manage to do it.

3FModels stands for The Federation of Force & Freedom Models, how are they empowering and freeing women?
We not only make our models financially independent, which plays an important role in the 21st century, but we also work with their psychological problems, freeing them from any shackles of society.
Our company employs professional psychologists who open up a world of life for our girls, a place where you can breathe deeply and, most importantly, be able to listen to yourself and not be dependent on anyone.
How are you able to offer so many perks to your models… English training, photo shoots, paid holidays… many companies would feel this is too expensive, how do you make it work?
To get good results from models you need to invest a lot in them; the financial side is a small part of what we do. After all, to be the best company you need not only to have the best equipment and conditions, but also to work hard on your skills and professionalism.
Thanks to our models, we have become the best, therefore we create appropriate conditions for them and do not plan to stop, but only go forward.
What are your company’s biggest strengths?
A professional team that works as a single organism.
We are all looking in the same direction for development with an eye to achieving common goals. Thanks to our coordinated work, we have become the best in the Ukrainian market, which is why models choose us.
What are your goals for 2024 with the site?
Our main goal is to continue working for the common good and of course we would like to meet 2024 in an independent country, where we could do even more for our models and the development of the industry in Ukraine.
