YNOT: How did you get involved initially in the world of adult online?
Michel: I wanted to pay back my student loan, which I did rather quickly. I walked into the student bank with $30,000 cash and just slapped it down. I even felt compelled to say that I was not selling drugs. I didn’t mention that pictures of double penetrations on ultrahardcore.com paved the way for my success.
YNOT: What type of work were you doing, if any, before you started in the biz ?
Michel: I was fresh out of college with a Bachelor in Education. I had a major in Geography and I minored in Philosophy.
YNOT: Where did you begin gathering info about the business and when did you get your start?
Michel: When I was 8 years old, I found my father’s stash of Playboys. I never stopped learning about porn since then. Later, with two partners, I presided over the company that created Dirty Bird, one of the world’s first pay sites. I believe we were the third site to operate a per click system.
YNOT: Give us your thoughts on how easy or difficult it was for you to get started.
Michel: Well, I maxed my credit cards and worked up to 18 hours a day 7 days a week. Two years later, my company was taking in 10 million dollars a year.
YNOT: Where do you see yourself in one year? Five years?

In five years? That’s like asking what will be my next reincarnation! Five years is more than a lifetime in this business for many. I’ll just say that I hope to be happy and I hope that I’ll have made a lot of people happy!
