LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Ideal Image Models announced Wednesday that it has promoted Lex (Lexi) Adell to the position of talent agent and relations coordinator, calling it a “business move that aims to take Ideal Image Models into the future of the adult entertainment world.”
In the announcement, the agency described its vision of adult entertainment’s future as one that “consists of content creators, independent cinema, video store platforms, and so much more,” adding that “all these factors make Lexi Adell the prime choice for a company growing faster daily with each talent acquisition.”

“With ten years of experience in many facets of the adult industry, Lex Adell brings knowledge and first-hand experiences to the job as a Playboy Bunny and model – appearing in Playboy Australia and many other adult publications,” the company noted in its announcement. “Her creative work in numerous productions and magazine interviews has given her vast experience in talent management and recruitment skills. Lexi will use club operations experience from the past to fuel her passion to be a go-to behind-the-scenes mentor to the Talent of Ideal Image Models.”
Adell said that talent “who want to do more in the industry but need reliable support can come to our agency to fill that need with the help of our experienced team.”

Per the announcement, in her new role, Adell will “handle talent bookings and appearances, overseeing the upcoming AVN convention for Ideal Image Models.”
