For the last three years, Bob and Jay have consistently swept the airwaves every Wednesday, providing listeners with valuable information and insight into the adult industry, with adult-style entertainment and wit, as well as with moments of sheer hilarity as only Bob and Jay could do.

And after more than 150 Hump Day broadcasts, they show no signs of slowing down.

“Wow! Three years!” says YNOTBob. “Time sure flies when you are having fun! Seriously though, LAJ and I have been tremendously blessed with three years of great guests, incredible memories, and a fantastic loyal listening crowd. We have tried to stick true to our mantra that no matter how bad your day is, after the Hump Day, you will feel better.

“There have been times when I have laughed so hard I couldn’t talk. There have been times when I was so enthralled with our guest I couldn’t talk. And there have been times I have put my foot in my mouth and wished I couldn’t talk.

“For three solid years of 51 shows a year, with LAJ as my sidekick and co-hort, with friendly faces in the chat, and with listeners all over the world, I feel extremely lucky and grateful for having been a part of this Hump Day world. Our sponsors, ProAdult, LightspeedCash, and XXXPresstoys have also been loyal for these three years, and for this, I thank them.

“I asked LAJ the other day how long he wanted to keep doing the Hump Day, and his response was what I expected: As long as there are Wednesdays, we will do the Hump Day!”

Over the years they’ve had an incredible variety of guests on the show, including Ron Jeremy, who joined them yesterday and on a past occasion. Another guest that Bob and Jay have enjoyed repeatedly is the renowned former Hollywood madam and businesswoman Heidi Fleiss. Other porn stars recently interviewed on the Hump Day show include Jenna Jameson and Jesse Jane.

Archbishop Bruce Simpson, the controversial and publicly “out” Archbishop of the Old Catholic Church, was one of the all-time favorite guests, according to the comments in the chat room during yesterday’s anniversary show.

Other favorite guests were “the guy who shipped himself to his mother,” as well as the man who went over Niagara Falls, having fallen victim to a Nigerian email scam.

Hump Day’s midweek pranks have become almost legendary in the adult industry, and anyone in the know knows better than to answer the ring of a phone during the Wednesday noon hour. Wiseman’s wife learned that lesson the hard way yesterday when Bob and Jay convinced her that her 1.9 carat diamond wedding ring was actually a cubic zirconium that needed to be brought in for its routine cleaning.
