Happy Hour May Never be the Same

VISTA, Calif. – A new adult novelty product hopes to provide both sophistication and levity in the flavored condoms market by forgoing the more traditional candy taste in favor of appletini, piña colada and strawberry daiquiri.

Happy hour may never be the same.

Paradise Marketing introduced Condom Cocktails this week.

“We wanted to create a line of condoms that feature hints of our favorite happy hour beverages rather than the sweet, fruity flavors that dominate the product category,” Chief Executive Officer Dennis Paradise said. “It simply made sense to offer an alternative that would appeal to a wider range of adult shoppers, especially those who might not typically try a candy-flavored condom.

“So, we sent out surveys and did our due diligence to choose the right flavor profiles and then replicate them — alcohol-free, of course — in the form of a water-based, lubricated condom. The customer response so far has been fantastic.”

Paradise Condom Cocktails are available in 40-count bowls for the nightstand or as a point-of-purchase display, with each condom individually packed for easy portability in a pocket or purse.

As with all Paradise-brand condom varieties, Condom Cocktails are made of natural rubber latex that fits like a glove, amply lubricated for a superior experience and tested to exceed current U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements.

Founded in 1978, Paradise Marketing is a U.S. leader in the marketing and distribution of condoms, lubricants and other health-related items. The company represents brands including Astroglide, Fleet, Summer’s Eve, Trojan, Lifestyles, Durex, Schick and Everready. The company’s staff collectively holds a half-century of industry experience about the sales and marketing of health- and sex-related disposable products.
