Cam sensation and adult star Ginger Banks has won a YNOT Cam Award for Most Helpful Model (My Free Cams).

“I’m so honored to have won the Most Helpful Model award,” says Ginger. “I’m looking forward to thinking of new ways to help my fellow models.”

Since entering the industry Ginger has always been supportive of her fellow sex workers, fighting for their collective rights, composing letters to government officials, raising money for charities, while being an overall good friend to everyone.
