SAN FRANCISCO, CA —Having left your heart there, it is only reasonable that you should return to San Francisco during the 2009 Cybernet Expo and spend a little time with it. June 25th – 27th would be the perfect time for that – but if you want to stay in the host hotel’s special Cybernet Room Black, then you need to reserve your room by Friday.This Friday.
That means there are basically three-and-a-half days before the Cybernet Expo Room Block at the Golden Gateway hotel is released and prices go back to normal.
According to Connor Young, president of YNOT.com, “The easiest way to get your room booked is to visit the CybernetExpo.com website and click on the ‘Hotel’ button,”
Once on the website Young explains that “The hotel page has links to online booking, as well as the hotel’s phone number. If you call the hotel yourself, make sure to mention the group code ‘CCY’ for group rates.”
Director of Operations, LAJ agrees with Young that the CybnetExpo.com website is the place to go for last minute Expo-priced and blocked Golden Gateway rooms, pointing out that “I know a lot of people wait until the last minute to book a room – and guess what, folks? It’s the last minute.”
Aware of the problems that missing out on prime room block locations and prices can present for attendees, LAJ confides that “We’d hate to have any of our supporters stuck outside the event hotel, so now’s the time to get this done.”
This year’s Cybernet Expo will begin on June 25th and introduce an entirely new track, the Intensive Training series of business classes. A cocktail reception hosted by Rackco.com will give attendees an early evening chance to relax and connect with old and new friends before the YNOT Opening Night party.
This year’s Industry Insider series of panel discussions will inform and update attendees the following mornings, with the Webbilling.com Speed Networking session and D-Money’s Rock the Ball concert at the Red Devil Lounge blending business with pleasure in the evening.
Saturday will see the final Expo day filled with not another selection of innovative classes and panels, but the infamous Cybernet Expo Show & Sell Market. Fond goodbyes can be exchanged along with business cards during the official closing night party at the Kink.com Armory Building.
Room reservation hint: Check either sometime on the 24th or early on the 25th, then check out on the 28th.
