PLAYA DEL REY, Calif. – In the adult entertainment industry there are two kinds of businesses – those that operate internally like mainstream companies, and those that pretend to be real companies but really consist of some guy on a PC in his bedroom. For companies that fall into the former category, and who are members of the Free Speech Coalition, the trade association for the adult entertainment industry, the FSC has secured free initial consultations with newly-launched firm HR Monster.What does HR Monster do, exactly? She recently launched HR Monster after identifying the need for many adult companies to seek an expert consultant that can create a customized strategy to address specific concerns.” Ghazanfarpour earned a BA in Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara in 1998, and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
