FSC Board of Directors Election Reaches First Key Date
Members of the adult entertainment industry who wish to participate in the upcoming Free Speech Coalition (FSC) Board of Directors election must be members of the FSC by the end of today, the FSC noted in a blog post detailing key dates for the election.
“The election process for the 2025 Free Speech Coalition Board of Directors election will begin on November 5, 2025,” FSC explained in the post. “In order to participate in this election, either as a voter or a nominee, you must be an FSC member as of Friday, October 3, 2025.”
FSC Directors serve two-year terms, with the upcoming term covering 2026-27 and are “tasked with oversight and growth of the organization” the FSC explained. “Duties include attending quarterly board meetings, assisting with fundraising and initiatives, and serving as ambassadors for FSC.”
Today, October 3, is the date by which those who wish to participate in the election must be a “Free Speech Coalition member in good standing.” If you wish to become a member of the FSC, you can do so here.
According to the blog post, “existing FSC members who wish to confirm their standing to vote can do so by logging into their member account here.”
The next important date in the FSC Board Election process is November 5, when nominations for candidates open. As FSC explained in announcing the key dates, “two nominations from FSC members are required in order to get on the election ballot.” Individuals are permitted to nominate themselves.
Nominations for the Board of Directors election close at midnight on November 19. On December 3, voting will begin, ending a week later at midnight on December 10. FSC said results of the election will be announced later the same week.
In August, FSC announced the organization had appointed Megan Stokes to the Board of Directors, where she is filling a vacant seat pending the outcome of the election in December.
