Breaking news here in California concerns yet another legislator, one who like so many in America publicly champions family values and/or religious beliefs while privately being caught in something concerning sex. I often wonder if voters will wise up and see the hypocrisy that engulfs these situations, and start to use their votes against such politicians.
Football is back. I’m a San Diego Charger fan, and I really enjoy watching the games with friends at a brewery-restaurant located a few blocks from my condo; thus, I don’t need to drink-n-drive, but sometimes the walk home afterwards is a little challenging. It’s probably a good idea for all of us to be a little paranoid about getting a DUI citation, or about contending on the roads or in the crosswalks with drivers who should be taking a taxi, not driving and endangering our lives. I hope your favorite team scores lots of touchdowns and forces many turnovers this year.
