PORTLAND, Ore. – A new service builds pay sites for performers and content owners and then markets the results as part of a new affiliate program.

New Market Media’s Jerk Network hosts the sites and provides payment processing. According to New Market Chief Executive Officer Sam Rockhard, each site’s layout “is proven to convert sales,” whether the owner opts for a “standard” layout or a custom design.
