Free Legal Consultations at Internext Expo Courtesy of Attorney Eric M. Bernstein

HOLLYWOOD, FL — Some days it seems like everyone has an opinion about legal matters, especially in the adult industry, particularly after a few drinks, and definitely about issues such as 2257 and 4472 regulations. But in most cases, you get what you pay for. Not so during this coming weekend’s summer Internext Expo in Hollywood, Florida, when First Amendment attorney Eric M. Bernstein will make himself available for free legal consultations.Bernstein’s specialties are First Amendment issues, contract review and drafting, employment matters, litigation, copyright and trademark — all matters of stress and importance to content providers working within the adult industry.

In addition to meeting with the New Jersey legal expert and two of his associates at booth 1006 on the tradeshow floor between 10:00 am and 4:00pm ET, Bernstein will strut his stuff during the Gambling for Profits seminar to be held on Friday, August 4th from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm ET. Chances are excellent that he will be seen at a number of industry events, parties, and dinners, as well.

Although solid legal counsel is always an excellent investment for adult industry professionals, with the passage of HR 4472 and its insistence that secondary content producers maintain the same kind of records as primary producers, that advice is even more essential, not merely for staying in business but also for staying out of jail.

More information about Eric M. Bernstein and his team of legal associates can be found at www.embalaw.com.
