The XCritic Pick of the Month is a monthly recurring feature where Fleshbot highlights one flick or scene that’s the best of the best that everyone should watch. Bringing in the New Year, Fleshbot has announced that they’ve chosen Wicked’s Reckless as the XCritic Pick of January 2024.
The eight-episode saga stars Seth Gamble, Lexington Steele, Mick Blue, Kenna James, Ivy Wolfe, Nathan Bronson, Kenzie Anne, Nicole Doshi, Ryan Reid and David Lee with non-sex performances by Axel, Tommy Pistol, and others.
Fleshbot‘s journalist John Boy says, “Wicked presents decorated performer and director Seth Gamble as a writer, director, and lead character in the eight-episode crime drama Reckless. It’s a masterpiece in writing, directing, acting, and fucking that develops across eight scenes, racing to a satisfying conclusion.”
In Reckless, Seth Gamble stars as Silas Knight, a recently released ex-con determined to leave behind his criminal ways for a fresh start in the world of tech. With his gorgeous wife Ivy Wolfe by his side, Silas launches a promising startup that quickly attracts positive and negative attention. As former associates come knocking on his door demanding a cut of the profits, Silas must navigate a dangerous web of deception and betrayal to protect everything he holds dear.
Fleshbot shared that “The flick was produced by revered industry leader and veteran Axel Braun and runs 4 hours and 24 minutes if you play all eight episodes back-to-back.”
