WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. – A leading live-cam platform has whipped its fetish section into shape with a dramatic facelift, the addition of BDSM and fetish-play education, and new fetish forums.
Flirt4Free incorporated “alternative” models into its live-cams experience in early 2015. Since then, interest in BDSM and other alternative lifestyles has exploded, an F4F representative said. Not long after launching its alternative areas, F4F entered a strategic pact with BDSM and fetish giant Kink.com. Flirt4Free revamped KinkLive.com as a white-label with a new backend, allowing access to the interactive technology and cam-to-cam capabilities that have become one of the cornerstones of F4F’s operation.
The success of Kink’s live-cams convinced Flirt4Free it needed to increase its own presence in the fetish market.
“KinkLive was an eye opener for us,” said Jeff Wilson, the cam platform’s director of business development. “We knew that fetish was in high demand, but the success of KinkLive really motivated us to commit a ton of resources to cultivate the Flirt4Free fetish community. We want to make sure to solidify our place as the No. 1 destination for live online fetish content.”
The forums were requested by models, who wanted a safe, sane, consensual place to engage fans in kinky conversations. The educational articles were a natural outgrowth of the entire project.
