CHICAGO, Ill. – The EMMReport and Arminta Studios have announced they will formally launch a new podcast, “OMG Another Podcast,” in February, 2025. According to the announcement, the podcast launch will come 18 months after its conception.
Per the announcement, “OMG Another Podcast” is based on the unpublished memoirs of Sherman Wayze.
“After spending nearly four decades as a journalist in Southern California covering all aspects of the entertainment industry, he decided to start a podcast exploring the day-to-day life of Sherman and each episode’s guest,” the announcement explained. “It is a one-of-a-kind, behind-the-scenes look at life in the fast lane, warts and all.”
“You always hear people trying to explain what it’s like in the entertainment industry,” Sherman said. “I’m going to show you.”
The new podcast will “feature multiple generations of stars, some going back three generations or more,” the companies added. “Each episode will also include unreleased and raw footage, promotional clips, commercials, and other surprises.”
The companies also averred that each episode will be “unique in structure, highlighting a specific storyline or a guest.”
The announcement added that OMG will “also be the first podcast designed for multiple platforms and various versions (from YouTube to Loyalfans), and it promises to change what a podcast can be. A cut with exclusive material will be made available for adult outlets.”
The companies also noted the running time for each episode of OMG Another Podcast will “vary depending on the platform.” Platforms include YouTube, Patreon, Loyalfans, and print.
In advance of the podcast’s launch, the EMMReport is releasing a series of trailers on social media.
Both companies will be shooting in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in January, according to the announcement.
