Denver, CO — Eldorado’s monthly newsletter — “Eldorado Edge” — is focused on giving readers an in-depth look at the positive impact working with the distributor can have on adult retail businesses.

With this focus in mind, Eldorado began including retailer case studies in their monthly mail out. These case studies, which began to appear in the newsletter earlier this year, explore challenges retailers face in their day-to-day experience and aim to show how working with Eldorado has helped them turn those challenges into greater opportunity.

The most recent case study focused on Adam & Eve Wichita Falls. Established in July 2016 and located in Wichita Falls, TX, the brick and mortar store was struggling to connect stock flow with sporadic-seeming consumer demands.

The case study write-up outlined the store’s primary challenge. Adam & Eve Wichita Falls has had difficulty getting some products to their store in a timely manner to meet the weekend rush. This, in conjunction with the unpredictability of what customers would ask for when they walked into the store, made it challenging to stock their shelves with the appropriate inventory levels to meet their demands.

The solution, per Eldorado’s case study, was to work more closely with the distributor, in addition to their existing partnerships. The primary factor for choosing Eldorado was the same-day shipping that expedited the turn-around time from ordering to delivery of product to their store.

Store owners Shonda and Marcus Cleveland and Shona and Justin Jones commented, “Eldorado’s product selection is great. We were able to find new products through the website and emails that we ultimately picked up for our store and customers have loved.”

This case study is one of six Eldorado has completed so far, the first featuring Oakland, CA’s Feelmore Adult Gallery. And though the answer to most issues presented will certainly be “work with Eldorado,” these case studies provide a very interesting look into Eldorado’s various services, as well as how they are applied in live retail circumstances.
