YNOT – Saying the studio’s online revenues rose 200 percent between the beginning and end of 2010, Digital Playground plans expansions to its digital operations in 2011.
The studio intends to debut a new site Jan. 8 and 9 during AVN’s Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas. A spokesman described JacksPlayground.com as a mega-site containing content shot exclusively for Digital Playground. Twelve different niches are included.
“This is the first site of its kind for Digital Playground,” said Director of Internet Business Development Harvey Kaplan. “JacksPlayground.com is huge. We’ve listened to our members, and we’re giving them all the genres they want in one site for one low price.
“It’s good for our affiliates, because it allows them to target customers by genre,” Kaplan added. “And it’s great for customers, because it gives them access to a massive library of content.”
New affiliate marketing tools include free-hosted galleries that allow affiliates to choose the stars or movies they want to promote. Kaplan said the company also will debut a brand-new affiliate program at AEE.
“It was built from the ground up to be fast, flexible and friendly to navigate, check stats and monitor campaigns,” he noted.
Digital Playground Cash offers affiliates an opportunity to promote award-winning exclusive content on sites like DigitalPlayground.com, JesseJane.com and RobbyD.com. The destinations feature contract performers Jesse Jane, Riley Steele, Stoya and Kayden Kross.
Since the company’s inception in 1993, Digital Playground has earned more than 300 awards. Female owned and operated, DP produces erotic film for women, men and couples.
