LOS ANGELES – What does a guy do after leading a porn studio into profitable infamy, then selling the studio and semi-retiring?
If the guy is David Joseph, former owner of Red Light District, he founds another company in another adult industry segment. In Joseph’s case, the segment is pleasure products, and the company is Bedroom Products. If his instincts are as good on the novelties side of the industry as they were when he acquired hit celebrity sex tapes like One Night in Paris and One Night in Chyna, Bedroom Products will bear watching.
The first product is Last, a duration spray for men. The classy, unassuming box contains five two-milliliter bottles, each good for about 36 sprays. Joseph said one of his main objectives for the product was discreet packaging.
“Our market research showed us that guys who need a little help with delaying don’t want a bottle that screams out what it is,” Joseph said. “Our goal was to make a quality product a guy can use anywhere and no one knows what he’s up to.”
Made in the USA, the 100-percent vegan product is a proprietary formula containing 10-percent Lidocaine HCI.
“It’s pretty strong, so you only need a couple of sprays each time,” said Bedroom Products Vice President for Sales Lewis Adams. “The best part is, it breaks down to only a few dollars per bottle. If you use it twice and toss it, you still have four more bottles left. And remember, winners don’t always come first.”
