Dahlia Von Knight Throwing SWAID Fundraiser Friday In Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Adult director, photographer, and videographer Dahlia Von Knight has announced she’s hosting and throwing a fundraiser for SWAID, the Sex Worker Mutual Aid Collective, this Friday, November 14, in Las Vegas.
The “Cruising for a Cause” event will take place from 5-8 pm at Dust LV, located at 855 E Twain Ave, Suite 114. According to the announcement, 10% of food sales and 50% of drink sales will be donated to SWAID. The sex worker outreach organization also will be accepting donations at the event.
Adult performer Codi Vore will MC the event, while entertainment will be provided by Madame Carmen, Tegan Trex, Fuck Buck, Cupcake Sinclaire, Puerto Rock, Kane Fawkes, Baxxx and Mr. Big Stuart “performing his Jeffrey Dahmer set.”
The announcement specified that there’s still “room for additional performers.” Those interested can contact Dahlia Von Knight at dahliavonknight@gmail.com.
“The event is not just a fundraiser, but a place for our community to hang out, so bring your denim, leather, harnesses, and hankies,” the announcement said.
In addition to the event at Dust, a “special SWAID alcoholic beverage” is being served at the Classic Jewel, another Las Vegas hotspot, from November 16 to 23. 15% of the sales from the drink, which is called “The GFE Martini,” will be donated to SWAID. Classic Jewel is located at 353 E Bonneville Ave #111, Las Vegas.
Created by sex workers for sex workers, the goal of the Sex Worker Mutual Aid Collective fund is to “quickly, efficiently, and privately give out financial aid, contraceptives, harm reduction supplies, and other materials to our community without significant wait times or other barriers that harm the most marginalized members of our community,” the organization explains.
