YNOT – The 11th annual Cybersocket Web Awards honored dozens of GLBT adult websites and studios during a gala ceremony Feb. 7 at the Factory nightclub in West Hollywood, Calif.
Sites were nominated in both “Industry Choice” and “Surfer Choice” categories based on how well they fulfill their stated missions, as well as for usability, design qualities and unique characteristics.
“It is essential to honor these individuals and companies as being technological entrepreneurs, important agents of free expression and cultural change, and innovators in queer online media and entertainment,” according to the mission statement on the awards’ website.
