NEW YORK – The return of contract performer Sebastian Young to CockyBoys marked not only a revival of the gay bad boy and former jailbird’s career, but also a revival of sorts for the virtual studio, as well. Formerly located in the Los Angeles area, CockyBoys recently moved its offices and most of its production facilities to New York City, where Young’s first new scene in two years was filmed.
The scene, which paired Young with Trent Diesel, took place — of all places — on a set made to look like a jail cell. According to a CockyBoys spokesman, the Young-Diesel romp quickly became the most-viewed scene since 2008, when CockyBoys released bad-boy martial artist Brodie Sinclair’s first appearance as a bottom. The Young-Diesel scene will become part of the planned 2011 DVD release Revenge, which Young seems to have adopted as a personal motto, since he recently had the word tattooed across his stomach.
The 12 months of 2010 have been busy ones for CockyBoys. The studio not only released its first-ever DVD, Born to Fuck, but also signed a global distribution deal with EuroMedia Distribution.
According to Creative Director Benny MoreCock, even though the studio has migrated from coast to coast, not much else has changed. CockyBoys continues to film on the West Coast and in other locations including Montreal and Florida. The eponymous website also continues to update twice a week. The studio continues to present scenes featuring newcomers who go on to become household names in gay porn, like Pierre Fitch, Wolf Hudson, Bobby Clark, Jesse Santana, Austin Wilde, Hugo Milano and Phenix Saint. And through co-production agreements with European studios like BelAmi, CockyBoys is generating a reputation across the pond, as well.
MoreCock said one thing about the studio that never will change is its attitude.
“Our name defines us,” he said.
Webmasters who are “feeling cocky” may promote the studio’s online presence through the Big Bling affiliate program, which pays 50 percent recurring revshare.
