In her article, “This Week’s Sex Worker Fearmonger of the Week Award Goes To British Blogger Olivia Petter”, Cherie refutes the blogger’s assessment that porn never shows female orgasms, and how she’s using free porn to come to this conclusion. Cherie points out that this assessment was a result of a “study” on Pornhub, and how the tube site now shows only a short clip of an entire scene.
As with any industry, porn follows the capitalist model of supply and demand, and Cherie discusses the amount of money men spend. In her succinct and smart rebuttal, Cherie urges women to be empowered to purchase the porn that they want to see, and how the industry will follow.
“When it comes to the industry that I love, I am very passionate about smashing stereotypes,” commented Cherie. “While I respect other opinions, Olivia Petter is only basing her opinion on a small segment of free videos available. As with any business, money talks and I’d urge Petter and anyone who reads her article to take a look and buy one of the 1000’s of videos that show female enjoyment to its fullest.”
